Dr Dawn and Dr Nicholas are real animal people. They genuinely care for their fur patients.

I am so happy to have found Bluewater vet because they are patient and won't rush thru the acupuncture process. They take their time to allow my cat to relax and create a safe environment which both human and cat and pick up on. And of course most importantly, my cat went from having a wobbly gait to being able to jump up on chairs again!

Really, we need more caring and genuine vets like Dr Dawn and Dr Nicholas, and I am very thankful to have such high quality care available for my cat.

Excellent experience here at bluewater vet acupuncture! Very detailed, patient consultations with Dr Nicholas Haw. My chihuahua got better right after the first session (speed of recovery and effectiveness of treatment is subjective though).

Coco my Pomeranian 14+ yrs old has arthritis causing her unable to stand up and walk. Vet advised physiotherapy together with medication to manage pain and mobility.

I’m very grateful to Dr Dawn Wong who is caring, friendly and after sessions of acupuncture plus laser/shockwave therapy/ electric stimulation/ therapeutic ultrasound plus exercises like walking on treadmill, Coco mobility has much improved and her back not so stiff as before. She’s now able to enjoy her regular walks and moves freely around.

We've been bringing Hana to Bluewater Vet for several sessions now since she was diagnosed with Hip Dysplasia early in January. Our search for clinics offering both physiotherapy and hydrotherapy led us to discover Bluewater Vet's booth at PetExpo.

When we consulted with Dr. Dawn at the booth, we were impressed and decided to bring Hana in for a consultation. After just the first treatment, we noticed significant benefits for Hana. The combination of physiotherapy and hydrotherapy has noticeably reduced her pain while walking, allowing her to be more active and mobile...

We have been visiting Bluewater Vet Acupuncture & Rehabilitation to help our 4-month-old paralysed kitten regain sensation in his hind legs. Over the course of his current rehabilitation journey, we’re happy with the way everyone at the clinic handles Chip. They are very patient understanding, professional and helpful. Most of all, they’re always very patient with Chip, making sure to not push him further than what his body can handle. We’ve seen a lot of progress with him and can’t wait to see what the rest of his recovery will be like!

We brought our beloved dog to the clinic as his head was tilting upwards. During the 1st consultation, Dr Nicholas did some acupuncture on him and we noticed a significant improvement right after.

After a few days, we noticed that our dog's condition was deteriorating after he was discharged from a hospital and decided to bring him in a for an emergency consult upon discharge.

Dr Nicholas was really kind as he attended to us and listened to our experience at the hospital patiently while applying acupuncture and laser therapy on him.

We've been bringing our cat, Choco, to Bluewater for weekly acupuncture and rehab sessions since January 2024 due to a fractured pelvis.

Dr. Nic and Dr. Dawn are always professional in their approach, clearly explaining the treatments and the purpose of each needle insertion. They are very patient in answering all our questions. The vet techs, Syahirah and Tiffany, are also very friendly and accommodating during our visits, treating Choco with great care and patience. They also send us gentle reminders for our appointments, which we really appreciate.
